Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within South Africa only.

Shipping Rates A flat shipping rate of R99 applies to all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Order Issues If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit due to an error on our part, we've got you covered — we'll arrange a reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date so we can sort it out.
